1. Formulated 2014 Earnings Distribution: Dividends to Shareholders:

Cash dividend per share NT$1.3.
Dividends to Employees: NT$39,570,000 cash.
Remuneration to directors and supervisors: NT$3,150,000.

2. Amendments to the Company's Articles of Incorporation.
3. Amendments to the Company's Rules for the Election of Directors and Supervisors.
4. Amendments to the Company's Rules of Procedure for Shareholders’ Meeting.
5. Amendments to the Company's Ethical Corporate Management Principles.
6. Remove non-compete clause for directors.
