Getac Reports Fourth Quarter 2019 Results, Earnings Per share is NT$3.67

Getac Technology Corporation (TSE:3005) at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, approved its audited financial results for the fourth quarter ended on December 31st , 2019. Consolidated Revenue was NT$26,953 million, an increase of 9.15% as compared to NT$24,694 million for 2018. Operating income was NT2,976 million, an increase of 12.20% as compared to NT$2,652 million for 2018. Net income after tax attributable to the parent was NT$2,129 million, down 3.76% YoY as compared to NT$2,212 million for 2018. Earning per share (EPS) was NT$3.67.

The Getac Board of Directors today also adopted a proposal recommending a cash dividend of NT$ 2.8 per common share. The proposed earing distribution is scheduled to be reported at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 29th , 2020.
