1. Resolved Employee and Director Compensation for 2019：
Remuneration of employees: NT$127,198,000 cash.
Remuneration to directors and supervisors: NT$5,300,000.
2. Formulated 2019 Earnings Distribution: Dividends to Shareholders: Cash dividend per share NT$2.8.
3. Proposal for amendments to the ”Procedures for Loaning Funds to Others”, ”Procedures for Endorsements and Guarantees”.
4. Proposal for amendments to the ”Rules for Director and Supervisor Elections”
5. Release of Directors from Non-competition Restrictions.
6. Established the date of 2020 shareholders' meeting,、purpose of the meeting、period of shareholder motion proposal.
