Taipei, Taiwan, 8th , May 2019—Getac Technology Corporation (TSE:3005), a global leading rugged computing solution and mechanical solution provider, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, approved its first quarter financial results ended in March 31st 2019.
Q1’19 Highlights:
• Consolidated revenue was NT$5,684 million, up 2.31% YoY.
• Net income after tax attributable to the parent company was NT$333 million, down 28.72% YoY. While the operating profit result remained flat as compared to the same period of time in the previous year, the main difference was due to a recognized gain of NT$111 million in Q1 2018 as a result of measuring at fair value its 31.87% equity interest in WHP Workflow Solutions, Inc. held before the business combination.
• Earning per share (EPS) was NT$0.57, comparing with NT$0.81 in the same period in 2018. -
